Attached are copies of two filings with the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) regarding transactions of managers and closely associated persons. ATP ehf. announced the acquisition of 318,000 shares in Alvotech on March 31, 2026, from Robert Wessman, Executive Chairman of Alvotech and Chairman and principal owner of Aztiq group. ATP ehf. belongs to the Aztiq group and the transaction was an intra-group transaction. The transaction price was USD 3.29 per share.
